Corn Beef HAHA

I use to have a favorite meal. I haven't had it in a few years and I am probably going to go out and get it after school today and cook it tonight. When I was younger we use to eat some really "ghetto" stuff. That's the term that I used for it. This food included Potted meat sandwiches, Ramen Noodles, Vienna Sausages, and Corned beef. I am not a fan of any of those things except the ladder. We were always pretty poor, so we ate food like this alot growing up. I learned to love corned beef though and I still do. My mom would cook it a few ways. One of the meals is Corned Beef Tacos. You would take corn tortillas, fry them just a little, put some corn beef in them and wrap them like Taquitos. They were really good, especially with Nachos, and gaucomoli dip. The othe way was the more ghetto way to cook them. She would chop up potatoes to make fried potatoes, and mix it with the corned beef and fry them together. This was called corn beef hash and it was pretty good too. Everyone ive met hates corned beef though.
